World Cup: How India passed tough New Zealand test to remain unbeaten

India secured their fifth consecutive win in the 2023 ICC ODI World Cup by defeating New Zealand in Dharamsala. Virat Kohli's 95 helped India chase down a 274-run target with four wickets in hand and 12 balls to spare. Kohli nearly equaled Sachin Tendulkar's record of most hundreds in 50-over format, but was holed out by Glenn Phillips in the 48th over. This was India's first win against New Zealand in the World Cup since 2003 and propelled the hosts to the top of the standings with 10 points.
