Despite BCCI's riches, India unable to find a quality left-arm pacer

For all its millions and billions, the BCCI’s super-rich Indian Premier League has largely emerged poorer on a couple of major fronts. It has not helped India unearth a durable fast-bowling allrounder and a quality left-arm pace bowling prospect.
