Lok Sabha sits till midnight again

For the second time in less than a week, Lok Sabha sat till 11.59pm on Tuesday, to conclude the discussion on demands for grants for the agriculture and rural development ministries. Nearly 90 MPs participated in the debate which began at 2.45 pm. Speaker Om Birla said he had to adjourn the house due to "technical" reasons otherwise it would have continued till 3 am.
